Cabà Holiday Bardolino Colombo

It was in a nice area with an easy walk into the center town. Arianna was so nice and provided recommendations for food plus a bottle of white wine for us. The property was new, clean, and had lots of room for our toddler to run around. She even had a high chair there.

The apartment was really damp so it took forever for our clothes to dry. Had to use the hair dryer to dry them. It was rainy so that could have been the reason.

Location was perfect just a couple of minutes into the centre. Host Arianna was very helpful as she organised a taxi for us and was able to let us check in early and check out a little later. The apartment was newly refurbished and was very clean. Air con worked very well. We would definitely come back to this apartment again.

We had a lovely stay in Bardolino but did have some heavy rain so stayed in a few times and felt the apartment could have been a little more comfortable. Maybe a couple of side tables by the sofa as was having to use the floor to put things down and furniture on the balcony could have been more comfortable too, but this wouldn't stop us using the apartment again.

The location was superb - very quiet and also very handy for all of the required facilities, including the restaurants, promenade, lake side, shops etc. The property was very well equipped, exceptionally clean and tidy, we enjoyed having a small balcony for breakfast and the patisserie just across the road. The parking was very secure. The whole stay got off to a great start thanks to the marvellous welcome from Arianna, the host, who couldn't go to enough trouble to ensure that we knew where everything was - and gave us a money off voucher for a nice local restaurant! Thank you so much for your attention.

Nothing to complain about

The location is fantastic, in Bardolino old town but on a quiet side street. The apartment is a decent size with washing machine, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, comfortable beds and shutters on the bedroom windows. Plenty of nice towels were supplied, and the host brought fresh ones during the week. Bardolino itself is beautiful.

The apartment was sparsely furnished, which wasn’t a problem when we were out all day but evenings in after our children had gone to bed would have been nicer with some softer lighting and a coffee table. The bathroom could have done with a shower tray, and a fly screen on the window so the window could be open without inviting flies and mosquitoes in. There were quite a lot of ants in the apartment when we arrived and throughout our stay so we spent a bit of time each day keeping their numbers down and had to be vigilant with our food mess. We were grateful for the parking space but navigating the small indoor garage in an unfamiliar hire car wasn’t easy!

The aircon was GREAT! Loved the view. The kitchen was stocked with essentials like olive oil, salt pepper, etc. it was so nice to be able to put the kids to bed and then sit on the patio with a glass of wine. Easy to get to, arrive and unload, then park the car in their garage. The TVs in each room had the ability to access YouTube and Netflix, which came in handy when one kid got sick and had to stay home all day

No car parking, the nearest is 200 meters if you have heavy luggage it requires some efforts

We liked everything, fantastic apartment, very spacious, beds super comfortable, everything you could want. Location was amazing and Arianna was a great host, communication was excellent

Lovely, Spacious, clean property. Location amazing for the Lake, buses, ferries, shops/supermarkets. Superb!!!!!
