La posizione: a un passo dalle mura, 5 minuti dal centro, bella vista sulle mura. Il posto auto al coperto è di grande comodità. La casa è grande e arredata con mobili antichi, solo il bagno è un po' vecchiotto, il resto è bello e comodo.

La sala che è anche stanza da letto ha una parete a finestra assolatissima, quindi faceva un caldo madornale e non c è aria condizionata, solo dei ventilatori a parete, insufficienti per rinfrescare l ambiente. In cucina si potrebbe fare qualche miglioria piccola ma funzionale, come prevedere uno scolapiatti.
