Житло має дійсно ідеальне розташування – усе найважливіше в пішій доступності: визначні пам’ятки, вокзал, ресторани, кафе, супермаркет Lidl… Дуже зручно! Порівняно з деякими іншими районами Палермо, де після настання сутінок може бути трохи некомфортно, тут — зовсім інша атмосфера. Вулички добре освітлені, життя вирує, всюди люди, відчувається безпека. Приємно і повечеряти в якомусь закладі, і просто прогулятися, насолоджуючись нічним містом. Є маленький, але дуже затишний балкончик — ідеальне місце, щоб із прохолодним напоєм милуватися площею з фонтанчиком та жвавим нічним життям під ним. Внутрішній простір житла дуже стильний: високі стелі з дерев’яними балками створюють особливу атмосферу. Дві спальні з кондиціонерами, простора вітальня, дві ванні кімнати та кухня, повністю оснащена всім необхідним. Хоча ми, чесно кажучи, користувалися лише холодильником — навколо стільки всього смачного, що часу на приготування їжі просто не хотілося витрачати. Пральна машина — великий плюс для тривалого перебування. Також приємно здивувала наявність пляжної парасолі — вона дуже стала в нагоді на пляжі в Монделло. А ще — приємний вітальний подарунок від господарів: питна вода і смачні дрібнички. Після насичених днів у Палермо дуже важливо мати комфортне місце для відпочинку — і це помешкання ідеально з цим справляється. Зручні ліжка, чиста білизна та рушники. Окрема подяка господарю за поради щодо цікавих місць — усе було дуже доречно!

Це не недоліки, а радше трохи практичної інформації для майбутніх гостей: Житло розташоване в жвавому туристичному районі, тому зовні може бути гамірно. Нас це не турбувало зовсім — після активного дня ми міцно спали. Але якщо ви дуже чутливі до шуму, можливо, варто це врахувати. Також невелика порада щодо дверей: щоб їх відкрити, потрібно впевнено проштовхнути ключ до упору і одразу повертати — тоді все спрацює з першого разу 😉

Alojamiento muy céntrico, para ir paseando a todas partes. También muy cerca de la estación central, y de la zona de ocio. Camas cómodas y habitaciones con aire acondicionado. Dos baños, lo que es un plus. Facilidades para dejar las maletas antes de la hora de entrada. Disponibilidad del dueño, que nos solucionó rapidísimo un problema después de hacer el check out (nos dejamos un móvil dentro), y tuvimos la gran suerte de que pudo abrirnos la puerta en remoto

Todo perfecto. Hay gente que se queja del ruido, pero nosotras lo llevamos sin mayor problema, y eso que nos quedamos un sábado. Es cierto que la plaza es sitio de bares y terrazas, pero con las contras y ventanas cerradas se lleva bien, el ruido normal de una terraza. Y también se agradece que haya gente en la calle cuando vuelves tarde

The apartment is super spacious we loved having the extra bathroom and we used the second bedroom for our luggage and as a walk in robe. Bed was really comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need for a longer stay. We could have stayed for a month! We really loved the location we walked everywhere. The balcony opening onto the Piazza is really special. You can soak up all the atmosphere whilst making your own aperitivo hour. We felt the convenience of the location a massive plus and it more than makes up for a bit of noise that you get from from being on the piazza.

We loved everything about it. Regarding some other reviews on the noise this is a city apartment and some noise is to be expected in such a location. If you don’t like a full city experience then you would better off by staying somewhere away from the city vibe.

A very nice apartment stylishly presented in good taste. Very clean and looks as it is presented in the photos. The location in relation to the main sights is very good and comfortable walking distance for example to the Station, the markets, the Duomo and the Opera House. Contact with the owner was minimal. A great area lively and full of bars and restaurants We had a minor issue with two of the rooms we had rented including one of the bedrooms being locked which we found strange, but we amicably resolved that with the owner who pointed us to the keys

In a word NOISE . Despite the double glazing the apartment is VERY Z noisy from 11pm to about 3 am due to the crowds sitting and eating/ drinking below in the Piazza . Good luck to them! But Friday and Saturday it was VERY loud inside and didn't ease up until 3 am. We could also hear motorbikes, rubbish trucks and so on . Of course this is not the owners fault. They have double glazed the place. But regrettably a fact . Maybe join the crowd in the Piazza....but 3 am is way past our deadline 🤔

Great location, comfortable beds, good working ac

The front bedroom is very noisy even with ear plugs and a noise sleep machine. The kitchen could use some updated pans.

The apartment is wonderful. The furnishing is very modern and the bedrooms are equipped with airconditioning. It’s very spacious and very light due to all the windows. We really loved the aesthetic of the accommodation.

The location of the apartment is very central but it’s literally right on top of a bar. The square is the area where all bars are located. The owner did provide us with earplugs, though.
