Nice cozy apartment in the mainland of Venice

Great owner, even though we didn't meet, he gave us all the necessary details and even more(tips about the transport, interest places and so on..).

•Event thought the apartment was quite nice in appearance, clean and well equipped, it was a little cold for our taste. The thermostat was set for 20° C during daytime and 21° C during nighttime , but could be higher for best confort. We had to use 2 thick blankets in order to sleep and use an electric heater (found there) to have a comfortable temperature while there. Probably the owner would have made adjustments to the heating thermostat if required, but we didn't ask him as we found a way to make it ok. Maybe a 22° C setup would be more appropriate for this apartment as it's in the shade and it is also an old, thick stone walls apartment. •The neighbors: loud and noisy. The tv was always loud during nighttime and they were talking and laughing loud enough to keep us from falling asleep (I asked the owner at 22:40 if there was anything he could do about it , but replied that quiet hours in the area begins at midnight. I can understand that, we might be too old 😅, but we could really use some rest ). So for the future maybe the owner could have a talk to the neighbors to keep il a little lower( he asked me to let him know wether they keep it loud after midnight , but that was not the point....we would have liked ro sleep at 23:00 , as visiting Venice is not quite an easy task 😉)

- L'emplacement dans une zone résidentielle - Mise à disposition des produits ménagers et sanitaires de base pour débuter le séjour. - Mise à disposition de quelque produits alimentaires de base - Linge de maison et de toilette - Bus à proximité - Tram ligne 1, direct Venise à moins de 15 min de marche - Supermarché près de la station du TRAM (bien pratique en fin de journée)
