"Large studio apartment in central location."

The room was large and tastefully decorated, with a separate living area and kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable. Paolo was flexible about our check-in when our train was delayed and also made a special trip over to take care of a minor issue. The location was central and convenient to everything.

Excellent location in/near Bologna's city center, but on a quiet street so you don't hear outside noise. Apartment was clean, and the bathroom is clean and modern

Communication on how to get into the apartment could have been better; received no communication from the proprietor until the evening before our stay when I inquired about dropping our bags off before check in

"A few days' stay in Bologna"

Pretty much everything - location perfect (a minute's walk from the main square), secure, lovely bathroom with a large shower, 2 sinks and good cooking facilities. 3 air conditioning units too, if needed. The host, Paolo, net us at the property - very nice gentleman. The property is quiet. No headboard for the main bed though.

No headboard. Nothing else! I'd happily stay there again!

"The best stay at the centre of Bolonia"

The location was super convenient. The flat was incredibly big and beautiful, with two rooms and 2 bathroom. The owner is a very kind person!

I have light sleep, and the boilers placed on the entrance are really noisy at night (I was sleeping on the bed near the entrance). The solution was to switch them off at night and switch on first at morning.

"A wonderful stay in the heart of Bologna!"

Superb location for everything in central Bologna. Leas than 10 minutes to the Piazza Maggiore and just over 15 minutes walk to Bologna Centrale station. Very close to lots of great cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops and wine bars! The property itself is very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a 4 night stay. It’s in a quiet side street just round from the Main Street leading to the Piazza Maggiore. Our host was lovely - very kind and helpful and recommended some lovely places to eat and drink. He was always on hand to answer any of our questions. A very friendly host!
