"Unbeatable location but the apartment isn’t for more than two adults."

The location is excellent! Really it is close to everything!

We were 4 guests and the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, it was also in very bad shape, torn. The mattress was awful, it was impossible to sleep there. There’s not enough space for clothes. The apartment is very dark because it’s on a ground floor and the view is the garage. The furniture needs to be updated, it looked dirty. The apartment is ok but it really needs a hand!

La posizione è ottima in centro senza usare mai la macchina vicino a ristoranti e supermercati

La casa era poco accogliente..nessun cuscino in più..nessuna bibita in frigo neanche acqua..scatola del the vuota per il mattino...niente zucchero per il caffe

"Beau studio spacieux dans le centre historique de Bologne"

Studio très spacieuse, propre et rénovée. Localisé à 2 pas des petites rues animées de Bolognes et des restaurants, commerces. La hote Sara est sympathique et nous a donné quelques infos supplémentaires pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Il était facile de récupérer les clés puisque nous arrivions hors des heure de check-in. L'endroit est assez sécurisé dans un immeuble d'appartements meme si l'un des voisins croisés nous regardait bizarrement :)

Le seul bémol était les personnes qui logeaint dans l'appartement 2 de Mandria. Ils sont arrivés après minuit et ne pensaient pas aux voisins. Nous étions déjà endormis et le bruit occasionné par les portes, les rires et voix hautes nous ont dérangé. Autre petit plus aurait été super d'avoir une petite bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée. Il y avait des capsules de café mais je ne pense pas qu'il y avait du sucre. Pas très grave mais ce sont des choses que vous ne pensez pas aller acheter pour un court séjour et en venant de l'aéroport.

"Comfortable, clean and quiet apartment in the middle of the centre."

The apartment is spacious, clean and in a superb location, in the middle of the city centre, but in a very quiet street. The host is very friendly, responsive and helpful. I would stay here again next time I go to Bologna.
