“I love that our whole family could stay together in one apartment. The place was clean, and it was very convenient to have a washing machine available for our clothes. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, plus there was parking space and a nice balcony to enjoy. It made our stay really comfortable.”

“I didn’t like that there was no air conditioning, though thankfully it wasn’t too hot since it rained that night. There was a fan provided in every bedroom, which helped. However, the bedroom upstairs only had one working outlet, and it was being used by the fan, so we didn’t have an extra outlet to charge our phones. We had to go downstairs to charge them.”

Finestre basse da cui era impossibile affacciarsi (le foto al momento della conferma della prenotazione mostravano delle finestre ad altezza standard). Una finestra non si poteva aprire perchè bloccata dal divano- letto. Non c'era lo scolapiatti e non c'era la scopa (c'era il bastone senza lo scopino)

Posizione, a due passi dal centro storico e dal castello di Arco. Appartamento abbastanza ampio adatto anche a famiglie numerose.

Il nostro appartamento era privo di posto auto all'interno del cortile della struttura e il parcheggio è risultato piuttosto difficoltoso. Tutte la strada è zona a disco orario 1h dalle 8 alle 19 con rischio sanzioni perchè la Polizia Locale è passata a controllare le soste ogni giorno o in alternativa c'è un parcheggio a pagamento non molto distante ma con pochissimi posti auto a disposizione. Appartamento al terzo piano senza ascensore (sarebbe meglio specificarlo nell'annuncio) Il divano all'interno dell'appartamento era impresentabile e vergognoso per una struttura ricettiva: braccioli visivamente sfondati e molte macchie sul tessuto con un idea generale di divano "sporco".

The room was at the top of the building (no lift!), which made it really hot and stemy with no proper air conditioning. The bed in the living room was very worn out, uncomfortable, and noisy, making it hard to sleep. The double bed in the bedroom wasn’t comfortable either. I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the summer, as the fan provided was far from enough. Parking was also a daily struggle, with only 4 spots available, often taken by people who weren’t supposed to park there, and no one managing the situation.

Great location, very comfortable and clean.

Having AC in the upper bedroom would be helpful. It’s quite hot there.

Absolutely nothing.

My stay at this property was unacceptable and unsafe. I arrived late on the first day and immediately noticed a strong mold smell. The next morning, I reported it — mold was clearly visible in the bedroom, wardrobe, and bathroom. The whole apartment (No. 2 on the ground floor) is poorly ventilated. The property’s “solution” was to treat the mold with chlorine, which left the entire apartment filled with strong chemical fumes and uninhabitable. Their only advice was to “open the windows,” which had already been open all day without improvement. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me for not disclosing allergies (irrelevant, since no guest should ever be exposed to mold or chlorine fumes). They did not apologize and reacted far too late. Only late at night, after a full day of inaction, they offered me a cheaper, lower-standard apartment as an “alternative,” which I refused. I checked out early and did not spend another night there. This property is unsafe, unprofessional, and refuses to take responsibility for serious health and safety issues. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

Quiet apartment in very good location, free parking is a great plus. The staff is very helpfull.

I would recommend to put mosquito nets at least in one window per room. Our younger child was especially affected by the mosquito bites. The staff got us electronic repellents but it wasn't enough to scare the insects off.
