"Apartamento de 10 a las afueras de Olbia"

Todo muy nuevo, relación calidad-precio muy bien. Zona fácil para aparcar. Terraza. Cocina y baño muy bien. Cama muy cómoda. El personal muy amable. Nos recomendaron empresa para alquiler de coche, todo genial. Muy recomendable!

"Appartamento comodo e confortevole senza far caso ai dintorni"

l appartamento è nuovo, in una zona leggermente periferica (per andare in centro serve la macchina) .E' ben arredato ma la dotazione degli attrezzi di cucina e stoviglie è minima. Nelle immediate vicinanze un bar e una gastronomia. Il quartiere è un pò sporco e polveroso

La pulizia delle scale e delle parti comuni, i cumuli di spazzatura all' ingresso del garage

L'appartamento era molto accogliente e dotato di ogni confort. Comoda la posizione, facilmente raggiungibile.

Il materasso del divano letto era piuttosto scomodo, troppo morbido e con un fosso in mezzo. Mi dispiace, per il resto tutto assolutamente impeccabile.

"Gestione post arrivo da dilettanti è dire troppo"

La posizione strategica: vicino alle maggiori strade di comunicazione

Lo staff e la gestione del post arrivo. Tutte cose imprevedibili , o per lo meno che sarebbero dovute essere chiarite prima del mio arrivo. - cambio lenzuola non previsto nonostante vacanza di 10 gg. - la dotazione iniziale degli asciugamano erano la sufficienti per metà dei partecipanti. Gli asciugamano extra sono stati oggetto di contrattazione - la tazza per il latte era solo una, chieste e poi ricevute le mancanti - cialde per il caffè : solo 3 . Le altre le avrei dovute acquistare io. Giusto, ma i pacchi al supermercato sono da 50 : cosa me ne faccio di quelle in più? - il secondo letto (divano-letto) non era preparato: c'era solo un matrimoniale pronto, ma per gli altri 2 ospiti non era pronto. - gentilezza dello staff : non pervenuta. - al momento della partenza, ho riconsegnato le chiavi e non ho ricevuto nessun saluto , nessun arrivederci.
