The host was so kind, polite and concerned before i get in the apartment for the first time. She also gave me instructions and recommendations about restaurants, transportation, etc. it was very pleasent stay. I´d definitely stay there again.

Location close to a park and the railway station for the trip to Venice. It was a qiet up and coming area of Mestre. Lovely Balcony/terrace. Private parking.

The kitchen was dated but clean and functional.

Really comfy bed lovely balcony with tables and chairs overlooking a small garden space nice sized fridge with freezer compartment next to a nice park 10min walk to Venice Mestre train station from where you can hop into Venice itself in 10 mins or else to Padova, Verona Rome, Florence. Lots of little convenience stores and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

The shower was a little small, but functioned well and was nice and clean so no big deal. There was only a single ring hob, but at least it was a modern induction hob. No kettle, not the end of the world, but a nuisance for tea-loving Brits like me. These are very minor niggles and we would stay here again in a heart beat.
