The key pickup was extremely difficult. I was trying to reach them on the phone for 2 hours and ended up wasting time, waiting for 2 hours at a café. I basically paid for a whole day even though I checked in at 7.30 p.m., despite arriving in the city at 5.30 p.m. especially since I had informed them about this beforehand Also, the bunk beds are only 1.55 meters in height, which I’m not sure is clearly mentioned on the website, but it really should be highlighted before someone books the room

La posizione è molto buona e il Trullo molto carino anche se piccolino. La signora che ci ha ricevuto è stata molto gentile e ci ha lasciato una struttura pulita in maniera eccellente con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno.
