špatné vybavení kuchyně, nefunkční mikrovlná trouba. Tmavý jídelní kout - skládací jídelní stůl umístěný u vstupních dveří, prach na skříních a špinavý, zaprášení gauč. Velmi špatný signíl WIfi - neustále vypadává a musíte se opětovně přihlašovat.

Výborná destinace, za domem lyžárna včetně sušáku. Z lyžárny na sjezdovku doslova pár metrů. Čisté, vkusné a dobře vybavené ubytování.

Slabá wifi a menší patrová postel v druhém pokoji.

Location is good for skiing, a bit challenging for snowboarding as no high enough route back unless taking black run. Property stated garage is available, but it’s so tiny and very very hard to get in and even much way harder to get out, the tiny space doesn’t allow much room to turn the car around for getting out, and the steep curvy ramp doesn’t help too. We end up parking outside after learned the hard lesson to park inside the garage. Property only informed the towels are for rental just before our trip, although they provided for free when checkin, we had to pack towels unnecessarily for an oversea trip.

Host could do better and responsive and promptly in communication. Had power outage one night and water and heating down the next night. For power outage, msg and calls to property had no answer, the message provided to turn back power was not clear either and numerous msg. had no response, called booking.com twice and finally host came over. For heating problem, the host insisted to fix next day and only agreed to fix immediately after consistent pressing for fix due to the need for heating in the winter and shower after a long day of skiing. At the end, I offered to assist and the host did video chat to help turn ing on a hidden switch to fix the problem. Although the host resolved the problem at the end, some simple guidelines with home use instructions would be easy to address these problems. Host could do better with the rooms as I had several time hit my head on the corner of the stairs. Some soft protection pad, or warning signs would be helpful.

Nice, well equipped appartment, spacious, and with two bathrooms.

No seat in ski room, narrow parking places, somewhat worn/damaged furniture, unconfortable bed. No care of the access on skis - I understand snow was melting, but there was no attempt to assure the access (promised in appartment description)
