The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a washing machine made life easier. The location was amazing, so close to many restaurants and sights. We walked everywhere easily.

Not a criticism, but something to note. The apartment is a loft. It has sky lights but no windows.

We stayed two nights and used the appartment as our base to explore Palermo. The host is incredibly helpful and had arranged a little gift on arrival. The appartment is clean, modern, quiet jet very centrally located. I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Palermo.

The apartment was spotless and quiet, and our host, Salmo, was very helpful. He answered our e-mails very quickly and willingly arranged taxis for us. The apartment is located sort of on the edge of the tourist area, but near many eating places. It is a fine location, but my husband has some trouble walking and in hind sight we should have chosen an apartment a bit more central to the tourist sights. That way we would have avoided some pricy taxi rides.

There were two things we did not like. First of all, we were led to believe there would be a microwave, but there was none. Secondly, the shower had only half a door, so water splashed out of the half of the shower that had no door and the floor got wet.
