SASSO BIANCO

Struttura molto bella, praticamente in centro, completa di tutto, arredata bene, accogliente. La proprietaria Anna, ci ha fatto trovare di tutto per la colazione, acqua in quantità e non lo fanno in molti. Molto comodo il letto, altro punto che non sempre trovi comodo anzi. Da tornarci.

Ottima posizione. Appartamento pulito, ottimamente fornito e ben arredato. Proprietaria simpatica e disponibilissima. Ottima colazione.

L'unico appunto, ma ci rendiamo conto che la struttura non lo consente, è che ci vorrebbe forse anche una finestra per una maggiore areazione. Non per il caldo perché la casa è dotata di ben due ottimi condizionatori

Beautifully renovated property, quaint, tastefully equiped with all our needs for our short stay. Our host Anna was so kind and helpful guiding us to the location and to nearby car park. Property was clean, comfortable and well located.

Location was perfectly located for both the historical centre and for food, entertainment etc

Brand new, cosy, extremely close to sassi and parking. Great!

Breakfast could be better

Kind host. Very smart and cosy designed appartement. Hygienic and comfortable place. Great location for exploring Matera.

Nothing. Just keep in mind that on Friday/Saturday evening there is some more noise on the street untill late.

Sasso Bianca is a great property in an ideal location in Matera. The apartment is located about 100 meters from one of the outlooks over the sassi and around the corner of the main pedestrian road. There is a supermarket about one block away which is convenient. The apartment (once we found it, our bad navigation) is beautifully decorated. The host provides an Italian breakfast. The bathroom is well stocked, the shower is great with lots of hot water. The bedroom, located up the stairs is a bit open to the main apartment below (not good for early riser/someone sleeping in). The bed is very comfortable and the linens are wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for your stay.

My only issue was with the one small window above the door and one small one in the bathroom at the front of the apartment. We like to sleep with the window open and with cooler nighttime temps. The only way to get the apartment cooler was with the air conditioner.

Beautiful property with so many special touches. The location was absolutely perfect right next to a beautiful look out point and amazing restaurants. I felt very safe and Anna was an incredible host who taught me about where to go in Matera and made fresh chocolate muffins for breakfast. I absolutely loved it here and would love to come back one day!

An absolutely fantastic property! The staff member I interacted with demonstrated the utmost professionalism and truly understood how to cater to guests. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and generous throughout my stay. Hanna, in particular, stood out with her exceptional politeness and kindness. She even took the time to guide me to complimentary parking facilities. The check-in and check-out processes were perfect—effortless, convenient, and swift. This experience undoubtedly warrants a perfect 10/10 rating.
