On aurait aimé pouvoir profiter plus de l'extérieur. Complexes à proximité bruyants certains soirs. Climatisation que dans le couloir d'entrée ne permet pas un bon rafraîchissement des chambres.

We stayed at this property a year ago and were happy to see that several improvements have been made since then. The internet connection is now seems more stable, and the issue with the small boiler has been solved - hot water is no longer a concern, even for a family using the shower one after another. These changes really added to the comfort of our stay. As before, the apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared with drinks, fruits, and snacks. The kitchen still has all the essentials, making it easy to cook. The private entrance and quiet surroundings remain a big plus, and the location is perfect - close to a beautiful beach. The outdoor shower is still being a wonderful bonus. What truly stands out, however, is the kindness of the host. During our stay, our daughter had an issue with her tooth in the evening, and Emiliano responded immediately. He was ready to provide medicine if needed and even sent us the contact of a dental clinic, where we were able to get an appointment the next day. This level of care and attention went far beyond expectations. Overall, the apartment is now even more comfortable than it was a year ago, and the hospitality of the host makes it an outstanding place to stay. Highly recommended.

Appartamento grande e molto ben attrezzato. Parcheggio dedicato. Strada privata per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia tra Cala Ginepro e Cala Liberotto. Entrambe comunque molto vicine in auto (pochi minuti).

Ottima accoglienza, con casa pulita e profumata, arricchita da tanti prodotti anche tipici, frigo pieno di bibite di vario genere e frutta fresca. Appartamento completo sotto tanti aspetti come potrebbe essere casa nostra. Posizione ottima, 10 min a piedi per arrivare al mare con passeggiata in campagna e pineta, vicina a tutto ma non si sente una mosca volare.

La casa era pulita, ben arredata e molto fornita. Con una passeggiata a piedi di 10 Min si raggiunge il mare attraversando una strada privata. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile. È andato tutto bene!

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a generally positive experience. The host was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. His hospitality was outstanding; we found plenty of soft drinks in the refrigerator, along with fruits and snacks. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the basic items such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and spices, making it easy to prepare meals. The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a long stay. I particularly appreciated the anti-mosquito nets on all windows, which made a significant difference in comfort. The private entrance added a nice touch of privacy and convenience, and the pretty quiet surroundings made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach within walking distance. Additionally, the outdoor shower was a delightful feature, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

However, there were a couple of downsides. The boiler's capacity is quite small, which can be inconvenient if you have multiple people needing hot water at the same time. Also, the internet speed was inconsistent. If you’re planning to work remotely, especially if your work requires frequent online meetings, this might not be the ideal spot as the connection can be unreliable at times.
