There were a couple of positives: the host offered one cleaning during our four-night stay and allowed a late check-out, which we appreciated. However, these small gestures do not make up for the overall poor condition and experience.

I booked this apartment based on its high ratings, but my experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. To begin with, the check-in process was unacceptable. The person responsible for handing over the keys was not there, and we were asked to wait in a different apartment until they eventually located the key. To make matters worse, while we were waiting, we could hear that the person responsible for the check-in was arguing on the phone with a colleague about the situation. It was clear there was some kind of dispute between them, which explained the delay—but witnessing this kind of unprofessional behavior was very uncomfortable and disappointing. When we finally entered the apartment, it was clearly not properly prepared. There was a strong unpleasant smell, and the floors were not clean. It was surprising and disappointing to see the apartment left in such a condition. Additionally, many aspects of the apartment felt outdated and poorly maintained. For example, the doors were thin and offered no sound insulation—you could easily hear everything happening in the living room, which made the stay uncomfortable. The listing also felt misleading. While it claims a sea view, in reality it is only a very small, partial glimpse obstructed by a street with constant motorbike noise. It is far from the relaxing or “luxurious” view that is advertised. Another inconvenience was the lack of proper setup. Basic balcony furniture, like a table, was not even placed outside—we had to move everything ourselves. Combined with the smell, this made the overall experience even worse. Doskonała lokalizacja - 2 minuty spacerem na plażę. W pobliżu liczne restauracje, na dole piekarnia. Apartament czysty, dobrze utrzymany i wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Balkon z bocznym widokiem na morze. Sympatyczna i pomocna gospodyni - dziękujemy i polecamy !
