Appartamento il pozzo

Everything was perfect. We had a nice stay, there was everything we needed, the apartment is cosy and quiet.

Good location, a few mins on foot from the center, lake and train station, good communication with owner. The appartment has all amenities. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs, the entrance is to climb the stairs, than the stairs to reach the kitchen and stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, so the appartment is on 3 levels, that was not an issue for us, but for someone maybe

No air-conditioner, however, this is not a minus as the owner told about that. It is written it has balconies (that is true, 2 balconies an two levels) and inner garden, however, was dissappointed that the inner garden and balconies are not to sit in and enjoy coffee or prossecco - balconies are looking to neibours, no table and chairs in balconies to sit, the inner garden is not a garden - it is only a space for entrancies and stair of all appartments. Towels and bed linnen was old and with holes, that was the biggest dissappointment. Would reccomend to invest 50 Eur and buy new ones to show respect for guest, that would give a big credit. And cleaning of a fan would not be harmful as it full of dust...

The location is fantastic - close to the railway station, lake and restaurants. The flat has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Cristina is a very nice and helpful host.

nothing that would make our stay unpleasant.
