Localização, decoração, iniciativa do anfitrião em dar indicações de locais para refeições, facilidade do check in. Boas condições para fazer refeições (desde o mercado com peixe muito bom ser perto até à cozinha).

Cama é um pouco baixo e colchão muito baixo também.
