Gute Lage

It was a very nice stay in a very cosy flat. The owner was very nice and the place had everything one can need

Maybe it is time to change the coach.

This pet friendly apartment is renovated but some nice old furniture is kept, which makes it cozy and warm. The host is very welcoming, responsive, friendly and informative. The main square and the port are 2-3 minutes away by foot, so the location is very convinient for exploring the center of Muggia. It is like 20min drive both to Trieste and Koper. The kitchen and toilet have all the amenities and appliances needed, and the whole place is clean and well maintaned. It is suitable for a family stay, max 5 people.

The buidling is quite old and needs renovating, especially the hall and stairs leading to the apartment on the second floor. The stairs are spiralling and a bit narrow, if you are travelling with small children they may be a bit tricky. Parking is sometimes a challenge since there is none in front of or around the building, so depending on your luck you will find it within a walking distance of 3-8 minutes. But we always found a spot.

Cosy and spacious apartment with king bed. It is ideally located in charming Muggia. Excellent communication with host. Sweets for children, teas etc.

Very good location, pretty clean, nice and cosy apartment. I really appreciated free coffee and tea but I missed a little bit the coffee machine (only Moka pot was available).

Only disadvantage is that the apartment is in the second floor and only accessible by stairs.

Large and clean apartmant, all necessary equipment. And very very very nice man who wait us. Apartment is in old part of city, it is very nice place and everything is very close.

Casa Iaia is the best apartment we have ever visited, and we have tried many, in many countries. It is comfortable and cosy, exceptionally well equipped, and the owner is simply great. The location is perfect: central but still not noisy, only steps from everything. The two bedrooms offer comfortable beds, the kitchen is ready to use, there are small (but very useful) food and other items ready for a breakfast or dinner in the cabinets and fridge... The AC works well, the furniture and general appearance is modern, and (this is a personal point for me) even the well insulated windows and courtains are kept in good condition, which is not the case in many other apartments. Giacomo deserves special mention: he is the best host we have met, ever.
