"Great location on the edge of old town!"

Host was wonderful and thoughtful. He was very communicative on WhatsApp helping us find parking and meeting us to give us the key and a tour of the apartment. The jacuzzi tub, cozy bed, use of a washing machine and refrigerator was wonderful. The rooftop terrace was nice though the sunset view is a little blocked.

There was a minor bad smell that could bother you if you are sensitive to smells. Perhaps from the pipes.

"Very good"

Ample appartment, nice kitchen and bathroom, good bed. Franco is a very kind and helpful host. Monopoli is a great place to stay, beautiful coast, pittoresk old town, good restaurants and bars. Trainstation with good connections.

Everything was fantastic! The owner is very helpful, punctual, and answers every question quickly (there is no problem with communication in English). The location of the apartment is great - on the edge of the old and new city, so everything is around. The neighborhood is quiet and aloof from traffic. The apartment is spacious, maybe a little dim, but I suppose it’s a plus in summer. Bed (and even sofa) are comfortable. Wi-fi is very good. The kitchen is well-equipment, there are also some essential products like salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee. In the kitchen were waiting for us snacks and cool mineral water, it was very nice. It seems, that in the apartment you can find everything you need (washing machine, iron, hairdryer, kettle... even water filter) it's difficult to say what is lacking. The flat is nicely organized with the care of details. Everything was super clean. On the terrace you can find chairs and smal table, the view from there is amazing. I highly recommend it!

Door lock. Make sure, that you are able to open the door on your own before you talk goodbye to the owner. The first trials made us difficulties, but it is easy, when you learn how to do it.

This apartment was excellent, location can't be better, view from rooftop - I wish I could stay longer. There are everything you need, the host is super nice and accommodating. Hope to be back one day
