The baby crib/child's cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the property. Please note that garden and barbecue facilities are shared with the owner. A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount, excluding the tourist tax, is required via bank transfer; the property will contact you to provide the bank details. The balance is to be paid in cash upon check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
