Very modern, clean and great location

Felt a little vulnerable as only people staying in the whole property over the weekend and warning signs on the front door saying to watch out for people following you in, including pictures of people that have in the past.

The location

They take advantage of every opportunity just to fine you for anything. My little daughter only used a transparent lip balm on the walls. The marks were barely visible. Suddenly there was shouting, they scared my children, locked the garage on us, started threatening us with the police, and demanded €1000. The whole issue is just a simple paint touch-up that probably wouldn’t even cost €50. The walls were already dirty anyway, and the paint gets affected by anything very easily. Honestly, it’s very strange and unreasonable. This is the last time I book a private apartment. Next time, I’d rather stay in a 5-star hotel and avoid this kind of stress.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at Villa Bianca. We absolutely loved the location—it is truly superb and so conveniently central. The house itself is fantastic; we particularly enjoyed the spacious terrace. It’s such a secluded, lush, and green oasis, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee in such a peaceful setting. Everything was comfortable, and having the two full bathrooms plus the guest toilet was a great convenience for us. ​We had an unforgettable time at Lake Como and hope to return one day!
