The breakfast was not worth it, communication from host could be better.

We LOVED this cute apartment!!! Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Pitigliano also had the best food during our two week tour of Italy from Amalfi Coast to Venice to Cingue Terre. Beautiful cozy stay walking distance from so many cute shops.

The heater in the homes this time of year in the city of Pitigliano are not allowed to be turned on. We were so cold in May. Maybe this is not normal for may.

Keys were easy to get. THEN YOU HAVE TO WALK UP SEVERAL FLIGHTS OF COLD DARK STAIRS - that stunk of diesel, due to the leak/spill THAT THE MANAGER KNEW ABOUT!! 41 STEPS FROM STREET TO THE LIVING AREA. There was NO breakfast - don't believe the ad. Two coffee pods were available... two, despite there being three adults. When I complained about the SMELL OF DIESEL FUEL, the owner offered breakfast as compensation. SO I pay $100 a night to have my eyes and nose run due to the Diesel Fumes (ohh and the heat functioned but never brought the temp about about 55/15 deg F/C.) and your offer of compensation is three euros of coffee and cornetto at the local bar? And then, after offering it, you don't even follow through? THE sitting area is in a loft above the master-bedroom - unusable if anyone was sleeping or sitting - everyone needed to be doing either sleeping or staying up - lights shined right into master bedroom!?! wasted space - and teh only warm spot in the flat.

The entire property SMELLED OF DIESEL FUEL - LIKE A PLANE CRASH. HEAT INSUFFICIENT. Property Manager strung us along with a "resolution" that fell through after 9 pm, when we had no other option(s). We notified the property manager as soon as we walked in the door of this terrible smell, his response, "Yes, unfortunately we had a diesel fuel leak some time ago and there is still a bit of a smell in the stairs. We are Sorry. But the smell is only in the stairs... if you want we can offer you breakfast tomorrow at a bar in town to apologize." He then promised to meet us in person and didnt show up. Then he promised that he had found another place for us to stay, then 2 hours later after dinner, texted and told me the place it wasn't available. It was now, after 9 pm and we had no where else to go. So we stayed in the ICE COLD APARTMENT THAT REEKED OF DIESEL FUMES. I will never rent from booking again. THIS REVIEW WEBSITE WON'T ACCEPT THE MANY PHOTOS THAT I TOOK?!

Nice appartment in centro storico, quiet, easy to get the keys.

Some more equipment in the kitchen would help
