"Comodo appartamento vicino al mare"

Secondo anno che alloggiamo in questo appartamento. Posizione fantastica per vicinanza alle spiagge e per i servizi (negozi, farmacia, edicola, parco giochi). Ideale per famiglie con bambini. L'appartamento è spazioso con lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Connessione internet veloce e stabile per chi come me lo ha usato per smart working.

Suggerisco qualche piccola sistemazione, come cambiare la tenda della doccia o uno stendino più grande per i teli

"Nice location but owner needs to put more effort into creating an enjoyable experience"

The location was great

Considering it’s located in a resort town, a block from the beach simply supplying beach towels and an umbrella or two would be appreciated. The bath towels supplied need replacement, they look old and grungy. A garbage can in the bathroom would be helpful. The fans and light situation is complicated, need labels to indicate fan/lights on/off. Bedside lights don’t work. Wifi password is 20 crazy digits/numbers long, for simplicity and ease for guest’s perhaps a moment could be taken by the owner to make a short/simplified password. Only one tea towel for dishes and to clean the dish rag and sponge were old/used and stained. Everywhere else I stay gives you new supplies and more than ONE tea towel. The feeling I get is no effort is taken by owner to create a memorable/comfortable experience for guests.
