La stanzetta - very small, no kitchen

It is ok for the money, 20 min walk to old center, very fast wifi, very responsive host, a lot of parking nearby, quite comfy mattress

The room was very close on foot to the old town of Siena. It was really budget friendly - perfect for a solo traveler looking for a room at a reasonble price. There were also 2 travel adapters & a water heater in the room. The best part was that there are free public car parking spots in front of the building. Pasquale is a kind-hearted host. They always asked me during my stay with booking.com messages if I needed something. The self-check in was so neatly explained in a google doc. And there was a futuristic digital way of opening the main door of the building using a web link. Well done Pasquale 😊 !

I would have given a 10 score. But there were few things of the apartment which I didn’t like, hence I gave a 9. First thing - there was a sofa in the apartment which could be expanded into a bed. As I slept, the bed made noises as I switched sleeping sides. Another noise which was annoying was the running water in pipes that went right through the walls of the apartment. Any time the neighbours used water, you can hear water being drained through the pipes (there was no bad smell though). One could also hear the neighbours in their apartments and things happening throughout the building. However, if you are a young soul, such things will not matter you much.

Location and neighborhood. Also, Pasquale was very friendly and very responsive.

It is exactly as described. Very small, but good use of space and everything you need. Bathroom is great and it was very clean. Sofa bed more comfortable than you would expect, but makes noise when moving. The communication with the host is easy and quick. Good location, 15-20min walking from historic city center with stunning views. Good value for money.

Apartman is located in a very quiet location, 20 minutes walk from the center. The room was small but fully equipped. It's perfect for two if they don't have many lugguage. There is a small fridge in the apartment, in which the owner left small snacks (beer, juice, water). Thank you!

This Studio is located in a very quiet residential area, 15/20 minutes walk from the center. The room was fully equipped. It's small but perfect for one person and also for two if they don't have many lugguage. The owner has always been present and available for my every need. If in the future I will go to Siena again, I will definitely rebook in this room. Thanks for everything!
