location excellent. parking easy

little contact with owner. Missing the little personal touches. 5 coffee capsules for 2 for 4 days,1 cornetto, no water in fridge as a welcome,2 toilet rolls for 4 days. Expensive, served as a money making machine.

The location is walking distance from the train station. This allows for easy access when arriving by train from Bologna or Parma airports, and also to be able to easily visit other nearby cities, such as Reggio Emilia or Piacenza, by train. It is also close to the centre of Modena, where one can enjoy strolls along the shopping streets, Piazza Grande, and the surrounding open spaces. The accommodation is an independent unit in a very quiet block of apartments. The habitable rooms overlook an airy internal courtyard.

If you are carrying large luggage, note that there is no lift. I just had a haversack, so it was not a problem for me :) Next to the sink (instead of the fridge), there needs to be some space where to dry the plates and dishes. Some minor repairs would make this accommodation even better.
