Excellent apartment in a beautiful city full of history. Great communication, the hosts were very helpful in every way, including for procuring a taxy on a Sunday night for an early flight home from Pisa airport. The apartment was very clean and well-furnished, located in a quiet spot in the old city near the Duomo. Warmly recommended, I would come back again.

Everything was top, and the apartment actually has TWO full bathrooms if only one was advertised on Booking.com.

Prompt replies to questions were appreciated. On arriving checking in was easy and friendly with explanation on usage of aircons, washing machine and area. Some restaurants were recommended. We were given the contact details of a tour guide that could help with any tours we wanted to take.

Every thing about the property was as described and there as nothing that we did not like.

"Fabulous apartment and host"

Great location-- in town, but not in a crowded or loud area, and right next to an entrance onto the fabulous old wall walk. The apartment was very clean, well stocked, spacious, and very comfortable. It was even nicer than the photos can show. When we needed a pharmacy, the host immediately answered our text with a great recommendation and the pharmacist was very knowledgeable (and I'm picky...I'm a doc). This apartment was very much a part of why we loved our 6 night stay in Lucca.

Just a little thing: The shower was a bit small and the shower curtain was a little short, so didn't keep the water in completely.
