"Great place to stay in San Miniato"

Massimo made a perfect little place in the centre of San Miniato. First impression was great even before we arrived, since he sent very detailed and useful guidance on how to approach the house, where to park, wi-fi code - everything! He was thinking on every single detail, and our stay was really exceptional, with beautiful view from the terrace. Massimo was always available when needed, with great recommendations on how to enjoy Tuscany. Strong, strong recommendation!

"Perfect Getaway. Home away from Home"

Location of the property, View from the backyard at night was really awesome and romantic. Ideal for couples and small families. The host was exceptionally helpful in guiding us with our parking and finding the property.

"San Miniato soul of Tuscany"

Very good support from the host, perfect location, very cheap parking well located. Beautiful city, perfect for drone amatours, close to good food with beautiful view. . Well equipt apartment with soul. Perfect place I can recommend. 20 minutes to Vespa Museum, close to Pisa, Volterra, and others. Amazing views.

To show my opinion is real and not written by robots I can mention two things that can be improved here:1. have coffee machine inside and 2. cut a little bit trees in garden to uncover and populate this beautiful view.

Clean, comfortable and cozy. Massimo is a great host and the house was ready for us (Family of 5) with attention to the smallest detail. Checkout was in the morning, but Massimo invited us to stay till late afternoon, if we were still in the area and needed access. Just superb hospitality.
