Nice sea view from the balcony Everything needed was there (kitchen and bathroom equipment was excellent, there was even pasta, pasta sauce, oil, sugar, shampu, douchegel, tablets for dishwasher, etc) Large duo shower cabine with excellent water quantity and temperature. No key needed but code needed to open the doors. Easy check in, no direct contact with people to be scheduled.

Very difficult to find a parking spot (we were 6 persons with 2 small cars in last week of April 2023). Steep stairs to get to the house, so for older people or general bad condition, this could be a no go. About 1,5 km distance to the center with steep stairs, for us was great but for my parents a challenge (no shops or supermarkets close by, just at the center), impossible to go by car (no parking space available).

The host was available for all questions. The place was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped.

The location was 1 mile uphill from city center with no sidewalk in parts. The parking was difficult and the public parking was 100EU per night. Public transportation was not reliable. The nearby beach was not a free beach, but charged. .

Our host Rossano was amazing! Very easy to contact and extremely helpful. Location is 20 minute walk to city centre. Property is clean with working air con. Amenities such as hair dryer, iron and towel all included.

I liked the balcony. I appreciated the washer and the large drying racks. The tomatoes and the small gift were a nice gesture.

We had hot water only intermittently. Most of us in our group had to take cold showers. Also, the iron in the smaller apartment was unusable. The lack of hot water in both apartments was a spoiler for our holiday.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped and the host was super, even left some pasta and fresh tomatoes for our dinner! Beautiful views

It was a bit of a dangerous walk to the town with kids

We did like the location, because it's not far from the city center. But this is about it what we liked about this place.

Our stay was very uncomfortable for a whole our family. The sleeping there was a disaster, everyone had a sleeping problems. There is no air conditioner in the bedroom, and you have to sleep with opened windows. Its noisy 24/7 because main road goes just under the windows. Apartment is too small for 3 people. There is no space to eat inside. We were offered to use patio but it's far from apartment, and furniture there is so so aged, that we thought it will break on us. We originally chosen another apartment with balcony, and was really disappointed that were put in this place. Apartment has stairs to the bedroom, and my wife who is recovering after car accident, had a hard time to climb those stairs. Also from the road you have to take stairs to the building. And with luggage us not very pleasant walk. The apartment is VERY overpriced for such uncomfortable stay. We honestly counted days to go home.
