Posizione centrale ed estremamente comoda, aria condizionata efficente, presenza di posto auto, pulizia, ampio balcone.

Con pochi e semplici accorgimenti potrebbe essere davvero una sistemazione eccellente e accogliente sotto tutti i punti di vista (gestione delle luci in camera dai vari interruttori, televisione scomoda rispetto al posizionamento del letto, arredamento che in alcuni dettagli necessiterebbe di manutenzione).
