"Small suggestion to the host. Besides the wifi, would be helpful if detailed instructions on how to get from mini metro"

Relatively close to the mini metro. Modern interior. Clean.

The wifi was unreliable and weak even after resetting by host. Air conditioning was only in the hall/dining area. Heating appears to be throughout the apartment. It was ok for us in mid June but if the weather was hotter, the bedrooms will likely be too warm.

Fantastic location in the very heart of Perugia, spacious, very clean, quiet despite dead in the center, all highlight at walking distance. Very helpful and generous host. Fully utilized kitchen which you won’t really need because of the many great restaurants at crawling distance
