Parking. The host helped us find a place. But it was a bit stressful to park a large car in narrow streets of Spello.

Appartamento in centro storico comodo a tutti i servizi. Pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Parcheggio gratuito vicino e proprietari molto disponibili. Spello è un paesino meraviglioso, consigliatissimo.

Location to center was perfect. Hosts extremely nice.

Window/door screens would be fabulous. Mosquitoes were hungry.

Spacious, comfortable & great location. Free parking permit provided.

WiFi connection was not great. Kept dropping out all the time.

The apartment was perfect for us in every way. It is spacious, has everything you could possibly want. The kitchen is well equipped and it was easy to cook and store food and drinks in the large fridge. The balcony is an added bonus for enjoying the view with a glass of wine. The location is perfect with restaurants, bars and a fabulous supermarket in close proximity. The owners kept in touch with us to make fir easy check in.

Clean and tastefully decorated appartment with high ceilings and beautiful view. Quiet and cool bedroom with fresh air. Amazing central location inside old Spello town. Fantastic service by the owner, we were picked up and dropped off at the train station.

An excellent apartment situated in the middle of the old town. It was spacious with a balcony giving great views. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment is incredible located in the heart of Spello with a balcony and an amazing view of the valley bellow! The apartment feels well thought out and the amenities included are perfect! We also greatly appreciated the pickup by Osvaldo at the station and the early drop off when we checked out!

It’s right in the middle of the historic town which is nice, and the mattress was quite comfortable. They also have the place well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The hosts are very informative and kind.

It smelled strongly of smoke (from the fireplace, not cigarettes). We also booked thinking we had a balcony but the apartment we rented did not, we found the page a little confusing and wish the photos better represented which apartment we had. The inside is fine, but on a beautiful day it was not a space we wanted to spend time in and unfortunately there just isn’t any outdoor space available. All in all, I’d consider this place if my goal was just to save money and eat/drink all day, but as far as a nice place for a vacation I don’t know that I would return.
