Ruhige aber dennoch zentrale Lage, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr freundliche Vermieter

Leider hat nur ein Schlafzimmer Türen, das zweite ist mit der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer offen gehalten.

Velice pěkně opravený starý dům se zahradou na klidném místě a přitom blízko do centra Arca. Velice blízko je i cyklosteska. Apartmán je prakticky zařízen, nic nechybí. Pouze bych uvítala o 1-2 hrnce navíc v kuchyni.

Die Unterkunft übertraf unsere Vorstellungen. Besonders gefallen hat uns jegliches Fehlen von Autolärm (der Bach-Kanal in unmittelbarer Nähe übertönt mit seinem Wildbach-Geräusch die andern Geräusche, der Ausblick ins Grüne (App. Sole) trotz innenstadtnaher Lage, die völlige Ruhe (abgesehen vom Wasserrauschen), und die Möglichkeit, das Auto sicher im geschützten Innenhof abzustellen.
