struttura perfetta per posizione e per il silenzio. siamo stati un week end con la famiglia e ci è sembrato di stare a casa nostra. appartamenti auto gestiti con all'interno tutto quello che serve. la nostra Host super disponibile e super gentile. la consiglio a tutti

My fami we ly and I have been skiing for decasdes - I for 43 yesrs, my husband for 50, and my dauthers for 35. During that time we have visited many ski resort and stayed in numeroust accomodations across Europe. Unfortunately , we have never experienced such an un welcoming and disrespectful attittude from an apartment owner as we did here. MY dauthers arrived from Madridv after a very early morning flight and several hours of driving a rebtal car. They reached the apartjment around 2:00 PM but were not allowed to enter before 3:00PM , even thought the apartment was already prepared. After such a long journey , a little flexibility or kindness would have been appreciated. Instead of a warm welcome , we found thtree full pages of strict rules about behavior and garbage disposal in the apartment, which felt excessive and quite offensive, as if guests were expected to behave improperly. When I paid the tourist tax , the first and only question from the owner was whether I knew that we had to leave the apartment at 9:00AM . What made this even more confusing is that after booking thought Booking we received a message ststing that checkout was at 8:00AM. I would also čile to point out that apartment description mentioned an oven , but there was none. this makes it impoissible to prepare even simple meals in the apartment. Unfortunaly, due to the owners attitude , the strick and un friendly communication, and misčeading information about the apartment , the overall experience was very disappointing.
