Non c'è ascensore e non c'è avviso di questo. Fare 3 piani con le valigie non è semplice. Non c'è nessuno che ti aiuti. L'entrata nel residence dal parcheggio non ha luci, la sera non fa piacere entrare al buio. Gli attrezzi per pulire l'appartamento non sono sufficienti.

We were on the first floor next to the river with great views of the mountains. Not having an elevator mad life difficult with lufgage.Close to the old town, about 150 metre walk. A lovely friendly town with a great 2 level Eurospar shopping, our favourite shop! San Candido is a lovely town. We also loved the Dolomites.

The apartment was ok, but it seemed dated. It would have been good to have some water and ice blocks in the fridge for when we arrived. You are essentially booking and working with a real estate agent, lots of rules and regulations which our neighbours across from us didn't seem to know about. We are from Australia, so if you have dealt with strata type people, you will know what to expect, somewhat impersonal. The available parking was a little hard to find and cramped, but convenient to our apartment.

The Appartement are PERFECTLY situated next to the beautiful and cosy city of San Candido with the Luxury of the back parking space . The appartement was ideal , everything was plan and thought off ( even had 2 pods for laundry and dishes) . Personnal very pleasant and greeting. Would 100% recommend !

The fact that for the money We pay , We didn’t had an extra room for our two Daughters making very difficult my departure and return from my photo shooting.

Amazing location with a beautiful balcony view by the river , you can also see cable car 🚠 up the mountain from , 3 minutes walk distance to the center

No elevator which makes it hard to carry your luggage upstairs, the agent can arrange someone to help thought
