Lake Como Holiday Apartments

For the most part, everything was perfect. Very nice and tidy apartment, good location and extremely friendly staff. The kitchen is small but has all the basics to cook breakfast and simple meals. Air conditioner was very effective. The balcony has a lovely view over the courtyard and you could get a glimpse of the funicular and Brunate from there.

You could hear the noice from the street quite clearly. The street isn’t busy so it didin’t really bother us but could if you’re sensetive to that.

Perfect location. Alessandro is a great host. Place is extremely clean. Comfortable bed.

Apartment was in a fantastic location, walking distance to the Duomo and downtown Como. The property was clean and well equipped.

Very close to Como Lago train station (next to the lake), super nice host who shared lots of valuable information and recommendation, very clean room with everything needed. We accidentally left behind something which was picked up promptly by the cleaning lady, well kept and kindly returned - Huge thanks! Hope to stay in the same place in the future!

great location next to the pedestrian area and the old city. very nice and helpful owner, he helped us with all the questions we had, including parking. good air conditioner and well equipped kitchen

the bathroom was a bit stinky, maybe not enough ventilation
