The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, bathroom tiny but manageable

The AC was not working properly: it had an odor when blowing air and the room stayed hot even after using it for hours at 16 degrees setting. The room has a thermometer and it showed 32°C degrees. To be sure i checked it even during the night and no wonder we felt awful because it went only down to 31°C degrees no matter how we used fans or opened the window. Staff was reactive, but after the kind beginning they turned out to be ignorant. We slep 3 night and first day they brought fans and promised to check the ac next day. Next day morning i told them i would need to move to a different accomodation if the ac wont be fixed because it is impossible to sleep in 32°C. They promised to refund the next two nights in that case and said they will get back to me until 5pm. At 4pm they took their word back using weird arguments that were vague and unclear. Then offerd to refund night of money if we give a good review and offered some weird contract to sign. Then said a person checked the ac and it is in perfect condition. Even if the AC is trying it's best, a room this hot CANNOT be called air conditioned. We had a horrible stay.

Placed close to center, but lots of noise day and night. Enough coffee capsules for coffee machine.

Very small place and I'm sure that I ordered it with possibility of two beds, but there we only one.. 3rd floor in reality , using narrow stairs. Very small shower and tiny entrance to it, as bit bigger body person I even was not able went into it. Also wc right near wall so you can't even sit normally on it. Bad communication. Till last day no news about check-in and no answer from owner. They answered only to my call in day of arrival.
