Very good communication with host. Easy to find location. Clean.

We chose that accommodation to have a secure parking but were offered to park outside of the building. Kitchen is equipped with only a few things (few plates/cutlery, no good cutting knife, a damaged frying pan, 1 small pot, with no lids to it), impossible to cut veggies/meat or cook. Wifi was very slow.

It was perfect for what we were looking for. I traveled with my kids. The host met us and showed us the parking and the apartment. There was a comfortable double bed in the main room and a pretty good sofa bed in the living room. The location is excellent - a very short walk from the main area of Cosenza. Restaurants right out of the main entrance and a street full of big supermarkets on the other side. The parking is in a closed garage (entrance from a completely different street than the apartment's address). Very important that there is air conditioning (a must in southern Italy, but for sure not a given). But the apartment stayed quite cool despite the 40 degree heat outside. In general, we stayed here for four nights and it was great.

The refridgerator is very small and there aren't a whole lot of kitchen supplies, but enough to make breakfast and such. Internet at times was slow. Can't pinpoint why, but this was the feeling we got.

Matteo is an excellent host. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. We particularly enjoyed the large undercover balcony.

Host very responsive. Location was great with parking. Great new pizza restaurant in the same complex that was very busy so we couldn’t try it. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Fantastic secure underground parking and secure apartment on the third floor with lift from the garage. Spacious and well equipped flat, good WiFi. Walking distance into town and the Corso with lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect for exploring Silla National Park
