Big apartment. All rooms with ac. Equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with enough towels. And comfortable beds.

a lot of supermarkets around, amazing view on Etna. A lot of free/paid parking spaces. As the apartment is big, 2 bathrooms are a really comfort choice. Elevator is available.

- cooking utensils: only 1 small pan and 1 frying pan in the accommodation for 8 people. Very few tableware - 2 cups, no glasses, no cutting board, no good knives. - Water tap in the kitchen is wracked. - Washing machine can only spin your clothes, no water connection. In response to our complaints, we were offered 3 options: 1. To contain the repairman by ourselves, with a remark that on weekends it won’t work out 2. To use a laundry (there was no laundry close to the apartment) and later get a refund from the owner 3. To visit another apartment (where the washing machine was problematic as well - fast program lasted 2h n didn’t even start rinsing) - Drying machine had no cap - you need to remove all the stuff from the top before you start the machine. - It was pretty cold in the apartment, there were no proper blankets, only bedsheets+bedspreads - Slow WiFi, very bed connection - Dirty flat: Child had very dirty socks after spending 10 minutes without slippers. After having a shower, the towel on the floor was nearly black from dirt. Marks of killed mosquitoes in the bedrooms - No washing powder both for the washing machine and for the dishwasher and no coffee capsules for the coffee machine. At least minimum amount of that was not provided. - Nobody gave us any garbage instructions. On the check out day the cleaning lady accused us of not getting rid of garbage. NOTE: ourselves we found the instructions of OTHER hotel on how to deal with garbage (possible only at late evenings). And we got rid of all our garbage previous evening. On the check out day we cooked breakfast and new garbage appeared. How we could get rid of the today’s morning garbage if it can only be thrown out in evenings is not understandable.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and spacious. The owner was welcoming and helpful at all times.

The wifi was not working properly.

It was large

At around 10pm the air conditioning, electricity and water stopped working. It was insufferably hot. Owner was unreachable until around 1am; he did not return our messages that we had left for him. When we finally reached him he refused to offer any assistance

Everything was super. The comfortable beds, not noisy at night, clean, friendly, view from windows.... Market is near the hous. The owner is very friendly , checkin checkout are simple.
