Furano Lofts & Chalet

The property was beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. I loved the original calligraphy art work and relaxing bedroom area. Free use of The onsen was a lovely addition to the property too Recommendations from Tim in the on sight office were useful and he was very helpful in finding me a gluten free bakery ( but it was unfortunately closed) and places to visit around the area

The only negative was the very hard sofa . The bed was rather hard too however Tim put an extra topper on the bed for me which really helped.

Exceptional staff, service, location, room, facilities.

Furano Lofts is a beautiful, serene, and quaint property. It is a short distance to Kitanomine Gondola station, close enough to be in the thick of things, and far enough that you find yourself in a quiet sanctuary. Interiors and amenities are a blend of Japanese and European styles. Careful thought was made in how it was designed. The property provides you everything that you need in the bathroom and kitchen. Just bring your ski gears, change of clothes, and favourite toiletries, you’ll be good to go. What makes this property different from any other are the hosts (Tim and Leon). They made our stay comfortable and went above and beyond the necessary. They had lots of recommendations for us to consider and try. They were great recos! They even helped us rent our skis, arrange restaurant reservations, etc. Furano by itself is a magical place. Furano Lofts is a great option to consider as your home away from home. Try the onsen!

The room facility instruction can be nice and simple

Leon and Tim are friendly and helpful. The service is good. It has a nice onsen. Quality room and well designed. Able to give good recommendations e.g. sightseeing, dining and tours. They will help to arrange, book and even, giving my wife and a ride to restaurants, train and bus stations, etc.

Location is a bit away from the places of interest and so you will need to drive.

Very well-maintained property - rooms look immaculate (just like new). The location is very convenient while being in the quieter part of town. Lots of food options nearby. Can tell the owner/operators are vested in your stay and making sure everything is well taken care of. The famous Furano Delice is just a 1-minute walk up the slope from the location!

We knew about this when booking the room. The loft rooms are on the second floor while the one-bedrooms are accessible from the ground floor. Regardless they help you with the luggage etc so not a big deal but in case you are mobility constrained, I would recommend booking the one-bedroom ground units.
