Tobula vieta, arti senamiestis, nereikia automobilio, patogus parkingas.. Patiko interjeras, daug erdvės, aukštos lubos.. Maloniai nuteikė knygos bei žuvyčių akvariumas. Apartamentuose yra visi reikalingi reikmenys. Dviems žmonėms labai patogu😃

Nelabai patogu miegot svetainėje trečiam žmogui.

Отличное местоположение, практически центр. Рядом находятся несколько хороших ресторанов, парк, торговый центр AKROPOLIS. Все в шаговой доступности. Инструкция по заезду очень понятная и простая. Кодовый замок на входной двери в дом и ящик с кодом от ключей непосредственно в апартаменты. Квартира находится в старом фонде, высокие потолки, много воздуха, широкие распашные двери. Уютно для кратковременного проживания, например, на weekend. В апартаментах есть все необходимое по минимуму .(Холодильник, посудомоечная и стральные машины, кухня с посудой и необходимыми приборами... ) Идеально для двоих. Wi-Fi хороший.

В телевизоре практически только местные каналы, если-бы была возможность YouTube, Netflix или что-то подобное, то было-бы просто идеально, но это мелочи... ;).

Location

Bedroom is very small. Very narrow gaps between bed and wall. Uncomfortable bed, we just put mattress on the floor. Old, broken and worn out furniture. "sofa bed" in living room not sutible for sleep. Fish tank need to be cleaned! Broken sink and mirror in bathroom. At least 20 years old washing machine with only 800 spin. No any clothes drying facility. Dishwasher not working. Kitchen is full of old stuff,dirty and broken tea cups. No any breakfast cereal bowls.

Švaru, tvarkinga, jauku, susisiekimas puikus, šeimininkas leido išvykti vėliau, nei buvo numatytas išvykimo laikas, manau tikrai dar sugrįšime.

Senovinis pastatas, aukštos lubos, erdvios patalpos, nuostabi vieta prie pat Soboro. Sutvarkyti kokybiški apartamentai, patogus susisiekimas su svarbiausiomis Kauno vietomis. Nuostabią nuotaiką kelia didžiulis akvariumas.

Laiptai į 2 aukštą siauri ir statŭs, bet tai dėl namo savybių.
