Went up stairs tryna unlock for 10 times and then messaged them for 15 mins and then that they tell us we have to pay for parking before we are allowed to get in. It's sooooooo hot outside and for that 880 yen of parking fee we cannot get into the apartment. Lack of communication and poor instructions and ridiculous policy. Should have told us to pay ahead if not we will be locked out of the room and stand in the heat for 15 mins sweating because they think we will runaway from paying 880yen.
