米印を見落としていたり番号がわからなくなったりうろうろしましたが、電話で親切に応対していただき良かったです。

エアコンが弱く、なかなか冷えませんで、少し寝苦しかったです。

"The tight spaces really made us very uncomfortable."

The pillows were comfortable. The colors of the interior is nice.

The very steep staircase. Other than the master bedroom, the other two living spaces did not allow for a 1.6m height adult to stand up. These are not even rooms. One of the living space was under the master bedroom, and my kids couldn't even stand up. Felt very claustrophobic to be sleeping in such spaces. Definitely not suitable for elderly.

地理位置太方便了，過一個橋就是熊本車站，物品也很齊全，最重要的是臨時遇到沒有熱水聯絡客服立即線上解決問題，只能說100分。 臨時給予免費停車位，枕頭棉被很問題很好躺，有機會一定再次入住也會介紹給朋友
