"Great stay with huge balcony in a great location."

Great sized room in a perfect location close to everything beppu has to offer... the standout feature for us was the huge balcony... great for morning breakfast and afternoon beers.

The only letdown was the water pressure in the shower and the shower head itself. Very hard to have a good shower.

Accesible by bus (Beppu Kitahama bus stop) and within walking distance with Beppu Eki. There is Tokiwa next door, and Youme Town within walking distance.

It happened that our stay were during rainy days in Beppu, so we didnt utilise the large balcony space that much.

"Excellent location and terrace was great."

This is a great location - close to the station, close to shops and restaurants, buses, the port. We really appreciated the terrace with it's wide space (as large as the room) and shade. In the warm seasons it would be awesome, although for us it was still chilly.
