Tosi epäpuhdas ja likainen, sohvat vanhoja ja likaisia. Kaikki peitot olivat tahraisia. Ei ollut mitään hygienia tuotteita saatavilla. Teknologia oli vanha, mikrosta tuli sähkö iskuja sisällä. Pesukone jätti vaatteet märäksi ja pesuaineet

Lacking warmth, the washing machine did not work, not everything was clean

Spacious apartment, good location.

We were two families with childred. We had enormous problem with warm water: there were no warm water nor in the kitchen neither in the bathrooms. We informed the owner by the message, and than started very unpleasant and offending message conversation wih sentences like, "turn the tap toward right and wait"and "it is apartment with hot water, turn the tap correctlly" !?!? They didnt answer on phone calls. After one hour they wrote: " maybe it is problem with boiler", then asked to find and watch boiler and we described situation on boiler, to send them photos of boiler screen. They wrote they had informed specialist, and that was all of "help" from the owner, nobody came to fix the boiler (we had reserved one night). We had asked owner to come, but only came cleaning lady at the time of our departire. Also, we had asked them to let us prolong stay on this day for all the inconviniences we experienced, (short time just for normal shower) but they didn't change the leaving time of 11h. After our leaving the apartment we got a message of appologizing, with offer of sending back 50euros as compensation which we accepted, but after that message there was no word from them, and of course, no refund. Conclusion, we wasted a huge time on that warm water problem, there was no willing from the owner side to solve it which made very bad Riga and Latvia impression and experience for us. Never experienced something like that on any Booking reserved apartment.

The space is nice.

I travelled with kids. No speaker, tv doesn’t work. So we pretty much just sat in the kitchen. Messaged the owner about it. The answer was “we don’t have that.” Extremely cheaply decorated. Sticks stuck together with silicone in the living room as art. Cupboard drawers falling apart in the bedroom. Dirty rugs and couch. Such a waste of potential. I would say it’s better to get a hotel. I was very disappointed by this place. Location is great. Bed was clean and comfortable.

The apartment is in a very good location, tidy, spacious — we really liked it.Recommended
