The location is great. Everything you could want is within a short manageable distance.

Unfortunately, as other reviews have noted, the photos don't quite match reality. While the property has the potential to be spectacular, it is in immediate need of updating-particularly both bathrooms. Additionally, because of the fantastic, central location, there is significant street noise on the weekends. Replacing the outdated exterior windows with higher-quality, sound-proofing options would easily solve this issue
