La plage à proximité. Boulangerie extra à 20m Bar restaurant à 10m

Manque de lumière ds salle cuisine .piece très grande peu meublé .ça fait vide....appartement en rdc pas d'extérieur privé .cela donne directement sur l'entrée d1 immeuble.

D’une le logement est vraiment beau , propre et bien équipé De deux , il n’y a qu’une route à traverser pour aller à la plage , une boulangerie 🥖 avec des produits excellents et pas cher juste à côté . 45 minutes à pieds de la ville mais en marchant le long de la mer c’est plaisant … Nina est super arrangeante et très sympathique

pas très bien insonorisé pas de sel 😂 Pas de terrasse
