Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, spazi comodi, un buon posto. Ho prenotato anche per settembre, quindi un posto dove tornare. La zona è tranquilla, non ci sono rumori notturni. I servizi di bus sono presenti, a pochi metri c'è un importante snodo di bus.

The host was always attentious, helpful when requested and nice! The provided private parking in Palermo its a huge plus. Everything on the flat worked smoothly.

The location within Palermo is not the best (all the attractions must be reached by car/public transportation), and the area is not exactly pleasant (trash on the street, often noise from cars and ambulances), though I never felt unsafe there, even when walking on the street at night. Still, all the basic amenities are very close by - small supermarkt right next to the building, as well has bakery and places to snack; bank with free (within EU) ATM to withdraw money in 3 minutes walking distance) and the location is less of a problem when one plans to go out all day. The decoration of the flat can be improved to be more lively (too much "white", though the bedroom is okay), especially for a touristic/vacation purpose.

The secure parking was good. The apartment is on the ground floor of a block of flats. It is towards the back of the building overlooking the car park. The flat is quite sparce internally, but adequate if you are out most of the day. There is a washing machine which was handy. There are buses that take you into the Palermo centre close to the flat.

The flat is furnished adequatly, The fitted sheet did not fit the bed so it was not ideal and not comfortable.

Perfect apartment for a city trip - you are away most of the time anyway: + very good value for money + new and very clean apartment, quiet, safe area + 101 bus takes you in 25min to the center + Basic furniture, comfortable, firm bed + very nice, attentive and helpful host + shops and restaurants nearby

+ adding a little bit of color (photo / painting) would give the place a more homely feeling - currently it is a bit reminiscent to a hospital room

The appartment was very clean, safe and quiet during the night. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bedroom was spacious (there was even room for an extra bed). There were no steps either from outside or in the appartment, so you can easily get in with a stroller or if you have problems with mobility. There was a small supermarket in the same house and an exellent gelateria next door. Bus 101 runs smoothly to the center even at night, takes about 30 minutes. The owner was very nice and attentive.

There could have been a comfortable small armchair in the bedroom. Perhaps also a microwave if you can find a space for it. The outdoor space really is tiny.

Cute appartment very clean, quite and relatively near the city center. The garage is excellent considering how difficult is to find a place for parking in high season. Angelo is really helpfull and nice. Thanks for the water and for the late check in.

I really enjoyed my stay at Clambè. The host was very helpful and attentive. There are many options for dining in the area, and I was glad for the private parking space secured within the gated property.
