Massimo war rundum ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Selbst am Abend unserer etwas verspäteten Ankunft war er so hilfsbereit, sich noch um zusätzliches Bettzeug zu kümmern und kam dafür extra ein weiteres Mal in die Wohnung.Chapeau! Ein sehr sympathischer Kontakt, pefekt - sehr herzlichen Dank noch einmal ! Gut ausgestattete, ruhige Wohnung/ Küche etc. in der wir uns auch so gerne aufhielten.

La gentilezza e disponibilità del signor Massimo. La disponibilità di prodotti per le pulizie e per la colazione, nonché la disponibilità di prodotti per nulla dovuti e mai trovati in altri posti (es. coca cola, vino, ecc.).

La porta d'ingresso perché è una porta in ferro e vetro e quindi non dà un senso di sicurezza, essendo a piano terra.

Struttura dotata di tutto quanto necessario.

Location adatta esclusivamente ad un unico gruppo familiare in quanto le stanze sono contigue ed una è di passaggio per l'altra, quindi nessuna privacy. Letti assolutamente scomodi.

De zeer attente gastheer die subito alle probleempjes oploste. Prachtige bloemen in de tuin. Fantastisch heerlijk goed bed!! Twee badkamers dus keus te over. Let er wel op dat de douchekoppen nogal verstopt zijn. Ontbijt spullen zoals cakejes en crackers en thee en croissants zijn goed op voorraad, net zoals koffie, melk en servetten. De wasmachine: beetje oud maar werkt prima,!

We konden niet echt in de tuin zitten omdat er veel insecten zouden zijn. Verder was de tuin gereduceerd tot een zitje onder de pergola van de mandarijnen boom. De buurman was druk bezig met zn auto reparaties. Beperkte privacy In de avond en nacht overlast van een hond. Het buurthuis wordt nu verbouwd, dus op maandagmorgen om half 8 zijn de werklui bezig met boren en hakken. Het huis is helaas erg vochtig. De keuken inventaris is nogal summier. Massimo bracht op ons verzoek extra spullen zoals een paar wijnglazen en een typisch Italiaanse blikopener. Heel lief, dank je wel! Koffie zetten: in Italië essentieel om de dag te beginnen. Jammer genoeg alleen met de cafetiere. We zouden een koffiemachine fijn gevonden hebben. Tip voor Massimo: kijk even alle keukenkastjes na.
