The apartment is very nice, spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Wi-fi works great, shower is hot and powerful, bed is big and comfortable. Silvia was very welcoming and helpful. Ask her to send the location on WhatsApp, as the location from Booking brings you somewhere else. Location is good and quiet. It's about 5 minutes walk to Porta Torre, the entrance to the Old Town, and another max 15 minutes to get to the lakeshore. We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Molinari and would recommend it to others.

The stay was more than pleasant! We are sorry that we only stayed for two days. The accommodation is neat, clean and we felt at home in it! Silviа was available for any question, she directed us to places we should visit and had a lot of patience to explain everything to us even though we don't know the language well! We are sure that we will recommend this accommodation to our friends and we will try to come again! All recommendations!

A acomodação é muito bem localizada, a menos de duas quadras do centro histórico e fantasticamente bem organizada, com tudo - e mais até - do que é necessário para uma estadia com conforto: aquecimento nota 10, cozinha totalmente equipada, cafeteira e diversas cápsulas (amamos o café com ginseng!), kit de boas-vindas, absolutamente fantástico! Isso sem contar que a proprietária nos recebeu para a entrega das chaves e foi super simpática e prestativa - amamos! Com certeza procuraremos nos hospedar aqui quando retornarmos a Como - nos sentimos em casa.

Quem dera se pudéssemos ficar mais alguns dias - amamos o local!

Per la seconda volta torno a Casa Molinari e riscopro tutte le belle sensazioni che avevo vissuto la prima volta..un vero tepore di casa che ti investe appena apri la porta. È difficile non notare tutta l'eccellenza di questo appartamento..pulizia eccellente. Confort in casa e della casa eccelletti. Cura e gusto nell'arredo eccellenti. Posizione eccellente..e Silvia poi una padrona di casa super reattiva, molto gradevole e gentile sempre. Un host disponibile e molto attenta ai suoi ospiti. Ti fa trovare l'appartamento caldo, degli snacks di benvenuto e prodotti per la colazione. Tante volte le foto ti danno l'aspetto di una casa super, poi nella pratica non sempre si trova ciò che abbiamo immaginato di trovare. Casa Molinari è anche di più di ciò che le foto raccontano..❤

L'appartement est très calme dans une petite arrière cour typique. L'appartement est spacieux et Sylvia est une hôte trés agréable et prévenante.

Отличные апартаменты для проживания семьей! В квартире было просторно и чисто, было всё необходимое: ванные принадлежности, полотенца, кофемашина и кофе, чай и чайник, вся посуда. Все соответствовало фото. Хозяйка была очень вежлива и добра, встретила нас, отдала ключи и предоставила всю информацию о квартире и о городе. Рядом с апартаментами есть станция для поездки в Милан и супермаркет.

Расположение не идеально, до озера и ресторанов придется прогуляться около 20 минут
