The owner were very friendly. The house was cozy and clean with home-feel. It is on the ground floor which is good for those with heavy luggage. Rooms were spacious with its own bathroom and clean.

This is not about the property but we could not buy bus tickets as the tobacco store was close. We spent about 15 minutes for waiting bus but were rejected to get onboard without tickets and cash was not accepted. Finally, we spent about 10 minutes and found that the bus tickets could be bought from the cafe next to the tobacco store and we spent another 15 minutes to wait for the next bus.

Everything! A great house in excellent location. We were super happy being there.

I like the welcome and guidanxe from the owner, the peacefull area, the availability at last minute, rhe cleanness ofbthe place and the closed area from the airport.

The unability to parl the car inside the property, the uneasyness to enter the property and thr appartment (it brings security anyway) and the add-on for local tax (4€ per people) and 2 small kids (+20€).

Reasonably priced especially for all the space, well laid out, clean, easy to take a short walk to the bus stop into Venice. Owners very helpful. Close to airport for flights.

We liked it all. If any suggestion, would be to add a dryer to complete laundry. We washed but the weather did not allow clothes to dry.
